About the Filmmakers
Mr. Grove is an accomplished Martial Artist who began studying Ninjutsu as a young boy and opened his first Martial Arts studio in 1983. His facility is known as Warrior Quest International (www.warriorquest.com) where he teaches the Ninja and Samurai arts. He also began his film career in the late 80’s as a stuntman and actor. Since then, he has served in such prestigious positions as Fight Choreographer, Special FX Supervisor, Firearms Handler, Pyrotechnician and Stunt Coordinator.
Mr. Grove began writing in the early 90’s and optioned his first screenplay, Shadows: The Path of Deception (sci-fi / martial arts), in 1994. Since then he has written many more, including; Rogue Assassin (action), Prime Evil: Spirits of the Fallen (horror/action), Bladeslinger (western/martial arts) and Tengu: Legacy of the Ninja.
Mr. Grove made his jump to the Director’s chair on the action/martial arts film Dragon and the Hawk (www.dragonandthehawk.com), which premiered in theaters in March of 2000. In 2005, he directed the action/horror film The Shadow Walkers (www.shadowwalkersthemovie.com), which was released in 2007.
Taking on the role of a Producer, Mr. Grove has been instrumental in getting many films off the ground. In 2004, he served as Executive Producer on the film Backslash: The Ultimate Internet Predator (www.backslashthemovie.com), which was released in 2007. In 2005, Mr. Grove co-produced The Sensei (www.thesenseimovie.com), which has received great praise throughout the industry. |

Mr. Firestone has been a filmmaker in Colorado for over 10 years. Specializing in Compositing and 3D animation, Mr. Firestone used his knowledge to create the MAYA animation program for the Colorado Film school in early 2000. Since then he has been applying his skills in the industry on a variety of projects with clients such as: Remax Realty, Starz Encore, Subway, Jimmy Johns, Spicy Pickle, DH Horton, AAA, DIY Network, History Channel, Colorado Criminal Justice Department, Ameristar Casinos, Teva, and Ford.
Mr. Firestone is also a recognized authority on the RED camera and has authored many articles about technology and it’s effect on the film industry. He has published many articles on the subject and his knowledge and insight is sought out by filmmakers throughout the world.
Mr. Firestone is currently developing feature projects for Asgard Entertainment. Genres will include; Western, Horror, Urban, Adventure, Fantasy and Thriller that make use of Asgard Entertainment’s respective production, stunt, special fx, visual fx , and make up fx divisions. His overall goal is to develop feature film projects that will prosper in today’s marketplace.
